To: Aliza and Adam Young, You need to do something about your dog. The current issue is abnormal, uncontrolled, excessive, random, unnecessary and prolonged barking. We have put up with it for three years and we are done; read: fed up; and poised to take further authoritative action if this is not resolved. You should know that we hold back a good amount of pent-up anger. It's our hope that you will do your part to put away this anger by taking immediate, long term remedial action. It's important for you to recognize that you do not live on a farm, miles from neighbours; you live in a community where your actions affect others. We have been very much affected for a long time and we continue to be affected in a very negative way. Your dog's barking absolutely affects our ability to enjoy our properties, it significantly disrupts our daily lives and it impedes our ability to sleep, work, and enjoy our home environments. Additionally, we live with the knowledge that if a fault occurs in the fencing controls, a very real, previously demonstrated, safety hazard will present itself. All this needs to stop. This is an unhealthy situation for your community, for neighbours, for yourselves and for your dog. Peter, Dana , John, Chi and Yee
